Erica White

At the age of 53, Erica White overcame a lifetime of health problems by discovering the importance of optimum nutrition. After training for 3 years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, she set up a busy clinic in Essex, England, lectured extensively around the UK and abroad, and wrote three books: The "Beat Candida Cookbook", the "Beat Fatigue Handbook", and "Doughnuts and Temples", sub-titled "Be Nice to the Body God Gave You".

At 71, Erica retired from clinical practice and set up an online facility for providing individual nutritional advice through detailed questionnaires (see www.nutritionhelp.com.) Now aged 78, she has handed over the role of Nutritional Director of Nutritionhelp to her nutritional therapist daughter, Emma Cockrell, who is available to support online clients if they request it. Erica also provides specific help for candidiasis through www.candidainfopack.com. She is happy to communicate with readers of her books who would like to ask her questions, and responds to speaking invitations whenever possible, e.g. to support groups or at Christian events or outreach meetings.
