Honorable Gregory Parker, Ph.D., is a distinguished public servant and technologist with over thirty-five years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors. A trailblazer in Texas politics, Dr. Parker made history as Comal County’s first black American and youngest-ever commissioner. His public service career also includes appointments as City Manager and Commissioner with the Texas Commission on State Emergency Communications.

Academically, Dr. Parker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Public Administration, and a Doctorate in Public Policy and Administration. He has served as an adjunct professor and is a published author, contributing works on economics, governance, technology, cryptocurrency, and conservative political thought. His publications include Capitalism and Morality, Conservative Essays for the Modern Era, Central Bank Digital Currencies: A Push Toward Socialism, and Reimagining Payroll, which explore the intersection of ethics, economics, and innovation.
