Sally Bee

Sally Bee is a global speaker, coach, best-selling author, broadcaster and inspirationalist.

She is a 5 times heart attack survivor. Her heart attacks are caused by rare conditions, FMD and SCAD.

It was a hot, summer’s day when Sally, a 35 year old wife and mother of three small children, had her first heart attack.  She was to have two more within a week.  Her husband was advised to say his goodbyes, and the doctors told him not to expect his wife to survive the night.  As she fought for every second of her life, and the hours turned to days, Sally dared to ask the doctors if they thought she could live as long as ten years.  “Sally, if you can survive for ten years after this, you can live forever” That became her plan!

Sally is the author of 6 best-selling heart-healthy cookbooks. Her latest book is ‘Don’t Fly Faster Than Your Guardian Angel Can Fly’ and is written from the heart for all women, aged 18 to 81!

In addition to her books, Sally writes regularly for the Mail on Sunday, Net Doctor and Woman and Home amongst others. Sally is a regular on ITV’s Lorraine show and This Morning, an Ambassador for Heart Research UK and The Global Kidney Foundation. Sally also campaigns in support of Organ Donation awareness.
