Lois Larrance Requist

I've lived my whole life in the western part of the United States, starting in Idaho, moving on as an adult to California. Eventually picked up some education along the way, both in and out of school. Graduated from San Francisco State University in English with the emphasis on creative writing. Started out scribbling poetry, eventually doing fiction, nonfiction, business and travel writing.

I've been active in the League of Women Voters for many years. Now, I've helped found a organization for seniors, Carquinez Village, which connects, supports, and inspires seniors. In addition, I'm active with Benicia Literary Arts.

Late Harvest Green recently earned acclaim from the prestigious Next Generation Indie Book Awards as a finalist in two categories: General fiction/novel (under 80,000 words) and Ebook fiction.

I'll be signing copies of this book on Sunday, June 23, 2019 from 9 to 11 am at Headline Books at the American Libraries Association Conference and Exhibition. The book will be available starting Friday, June 21 at the Headline Books Exhibit space.
