Mark M. Yarbrough

Dr. Mark Yarbrough serves as president of Dallas Theological Seminary. His love for the classroom led him to the Bible Exposition Department, where he teaches regularly. He teaches across the US and leads conferences worldwide. He also regularly leads Bible land tours in Israel, Egypt, Turkey, and Greece. He has written many books, including the best-selling "How to Read the Bible Like a Seminary Professor" and, more recently, "The Rekindled Heart." Mark has a passion for sharing the grand narrative of Scripture, which he communicates through the “Story of Scripture” experience and lecture series—a two-day event that explains the Bible's grand narrative. The experience has been seen by thousands at live events across the country and by over 100,000 online. This experience fuels his enthusiasm for his upcoming novel, co-authored with Jerry Jenkins, called "The Battle for Heaven and Earth," which illustrates how God’s great plan may have unfolded.
