Nicola Hill

Nicola Hill is the author of A Pink Guide to Adoption published by the British Association of Adoption and Fostering in 2009 and reprinted in 2012 and 2020. CoramBAAF also published her book, Proud Parents: Lesbian and Gay Fostering and Adoption Experiences. Nicola contributed to The Foster Carer's Handbook on Education, published in 2020.

Nicola is a co-founder of gay-friendly-wedding-venues.com, an award winning website that helps gay men and lesbians plan their big day. She also wrote A Very Pink Wedding, published by HarperCollins in 2007.

A former Guardian journalist and graduate of the London School of Economics, Nicola has worked for a number of charities. She also has a Masters in Creative Writing from Goldsmiths College.
