I'm a trail runner, hillwalker, backpacker, kayaker, canoeist and mountain biker based on the fringes of the Lake District in Cumbria, England. Researching, writing and photographing guidebooks is both a hobby and a passion; it leads to adventures in itself, and allows me to share my findings and hopefully help others to enjoy similar adventures.
