I ran a business for a Fortune 50 company out of Connecticut. I became enamoured with Customer Value Added (CVA) when I read the Vodafone CEO said the CVA score was more correct than his financial scores and predicted market share to 1% accuracy. It was a leading indicator of market share. Most of you business people (including me) fudge market numbers by looking at growth of customers and new customers and use few leading indicators.

Further I wrote how the entire company had to be involved with the Customer in Total Customer Value Management.
