Mike Watkins

British author Mike Watkins has been a teacher for over 35 years. He's seen it all - from lecturing English to 'A' level students in further education, to working with disaffected excluded teenagers in specially adapted educational units. His writing reflects his observations and concerns for society and humanity.

Mike is probably best known for his investigative radio show 'Mike Watkins Investigates', in which he has delved into the world of conspiracy theories, global issues, the paranormal and a host of other controversial topics. He has also presented his own rock music show 'Rock Candy', commentated on local sport and co-presented a Saturday morning sports show.

Mike has an established and successful YouTube channel showcasing 'grassroots' sport in his home county of Gloucestershire. The aim of the channel is to encourage more sports fans to support the smaller sports clubs in the area.

He describes himself as a happily married family man with two wonderful teenage daughters - who is desperately trying to become fully vegan but still remains unable to resist the evil lure of cheese.
