David Biggs

David is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Northampton lecturing on individual differences and occupational psychology. Throughout his career, David has worked as an academic and a management consultant in recruitment, training and organizational change. David enjoys promoting occupational psychology and has been a guest speaker for many universities (Bath, Birmingham, University of Oxford, University of Northampton, University of Warwick (Business School), University of Hull, Goldsmiths College and the University of Hertfordshire). Some of this research has informed his own studies. Indeed, with other researchers in the field, David has grasped a clear insight into the management consultancy industry.
