Fionnuala Brennan

I started writing ghost stories when I was six years old and have been amusing myself ever since writing journals of my travels, two novels, a play and a memoir as well as some prize winning short stories. My latest novel, The Painter's Women: Goya in Light and Shade, is just out.

Where am I from? Born in County Tipperary,grew up in Belfast, lived and worked in Zambia, Morocco, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, England. These days I divide my time between Dublin and a Greek island. I feel at home wherever I find myself. And I am Irish to the core.
