BIOGRAPHY

Since 1997 our programs, resources and materials have been used by over 200,000 people and our online resources have been accessed by over 22 million people. My anxiety disorder destroyed my enjoyment of life for 22 years and when I recovered, I swore that I would provide the scientific and common sense program to all sufferers. TLM has 100% recovery efficacy in trials... it's simple and it works.

I no longer suffer from an anxiety disorder, I like my dad, have an issue with my heart and it's a concern, more for my family than for me really, but I don't focus on it and I get on with life despite it. It wasn't caused by anxiety and it doesn't cause anxiety. We all have our issues but they shouldn't be a constant conscious focus. I live life as fully as possible and wake every day with one aim... to help others but I do so anxiety free.

When you see children recover, often when they and their parents have been told that they can't and won't, it's magical. TLM should be available to all anxious kids - this is why we created our schools programme and recovery Practitioner Accreditation program - to reach ALL anxious people.
