I write Celtic Noir - dark, spicy romance set in the wilds of Britain and western France, with feisty, passionate women who never conform, have magic at their fingertips, challenge norms, and right wrongs.

I'm a quirky, off the wall, wild woman and Crazy Cat Lady. The old ways of British magic are in my bones as I was born into a family who lived and practiced them for generations. I’m also wed to a mad-scientist and ex-partilce physicist so I've had Quantum with the cornflakes since forever! Magic and quantum physics go very well together!

In a previous life I was a senior executive designing and building relational databases for a government department for 20 years. But that got too boring so I ran away to the Welsh Borders where I share my an ancient Shropshire farmhouse with the Mad Scinetist, my black witchy cat, and a host of wildlife. It's the purrrfick place for writing.
