Russell Deacon

Professor Russell Deacon is currently a professor of history and politics in the Department of History and Classics at Swansea University. Professor Deacon has written widely on British devolution and Welsh and British Liberal History. His work on devolution has become the standard texts on a number of university devolution courses. Professor Deacon is a fellow of the Royal Historical Society and also maintains an active involvement in Welsh and British politics. He also runs the political business protestandsurvive.com
