Alex Knibbs

Alex Knibbs failed his English Language exam aged 15. Three times! But this didn't stop him getting a 1st Class Honours degree as a mature student. Following stints as a microbiologist, a quiz compiler, a hypnotherapist and training manager, outside of work he's run the highest marathon in the world and competed internationally in aquatic pursuits. An introvert by nature, this hasn't prevented him from treading the boards in theatrical and musical productions and gaining the highest accreditation in public speaking (DTM).

His formal writing began with a humorous factual account of 6 years spent as a Claims Manager in 2006, with 'The Claim Game'. But a seed of a novel was in his brain, a seed that's finally germinated in 2021 and now come into full bloom as 'Relative Uncertainty'. The lead character shows steely resilience, not unlike the author. It took a 4th attempt to pass that English exam! So check out his first novel, 'Relative Uncertainty' and judge his storytelling credentials for yourself.
