Nina Green

Nina Green’s novels reflect a keen interest in history and the supernatural. She lives in a remote part of the Lake District National Park with her husband and their seven English Setters, and the mystery of moor and mountain feeds her imagination and creativity. She has four novels published, all in print and available on Amazon. As a child she would scribble down stories and the teachers at school used to read them out to the class, but it was when she attended Lancaster University as a mature student that ‘serious’ writing began.

She graduated with an honours degree in Philosophy and her speciality lies in weaving historical events into contemporary fiction to show how the past impacts on present day lives and events. Her themes explore the big questions about life and death but these are skilfully woven into the narrative and presented in easy-read, pacey books.

She is an active Director of the family business but plans to retire soon to devote all her time and energy to writing, plus looking after and enjoying the English Setter family.
