W. G. Rigby

W G Rigby has three grown-up children and lives with his wife in a village near Preston, Lancashire. A former teacher, his hobbies include walking in the countryside, photography and local history, which inspired him to write 'The Ring of Tima' and 'The Ring to Rebellion' (note the ruined castle in the background of the picture). His pets are three goldfish, which live in luxury in an aquarium through winter but spend their long summer holidays in the garden pond.
