Frontis, title and prelims to both vols have had paper repair/ reinforcement to margins and remain a little soiled- this is not recent restoration. Both maps have similarly been repaired at some time with reinforcement at fold outs - which is failing with 2 cm approx splits at centre fold "+" of both. Paper of book blocks have mild foxing/ tanning commensurate with age, a little more so to some of the Copper plates but very respectable for age.
