Keith Walton is from Lancaster, and was educated at Cambridge University and Leeds School of Art. He has worked as labourer, abattoir worker, carpenter and postman. He now writes full-time.
He has published one book of poems, 'First Cut', three novels: 'Diggers and Dreamers', 'Dionysos’ Island' and 'The Divided Wood', and one book of travel writing, 'In Search of France's Green Meridian', his account of cycling the Paris meridian, from Dunkirk to the Pyrenees.
