Adrian Gray

Adrian Gray was born in Grantham in 1957 and now lives at Laneham, Notts. His books cover a range of historical topics including folk tales, crime and railway history, as well as titles of regional interest. He also contributes regularly to a number of magazines. After a career in education, latterly as an Her Majesty's Inspector of Schools and leading national research for Ofsted, Adrian now combines his writing and historical interests with a role as a national and international education consultant with River Education Services Ltd. He is also historical advisor to the Christian heritage groups Bassetlaw Christian Heritage and Pilgrims & Prophets Christian Heritage Tours.
