Spirit of the Jaguar

I'm thrilled that my new novel is now published as of June 2017 and available through Amazon in Kindle and paper-back formats. 'Spirit of the Jaguar' has been a labour of love over several years. The research covered the period in South American history known as The Fall of the Inca Empire. As a time-shift story, the connecting thread is set in 1930s London, moving with the plot to Europe, Brazil and Peru. The Jaguar connection is via an ancient gold artefact depicting two jaguar gods from pre-Inca times. If you want to know what the spirit of the jaguar means - you will have to read my book! If you do and enjoy it, please leave a review on the book's Amazon page and/or on Goodreads.

Lighter Than Air

First published in 2008 this was my first time-shift historical novel and was also a joy to write. The first time thread is set during the second Iraq war and covers the fortunes and misfortunes of an RAF navigator. The second time-thread is set in Nazi Germany in the 1930s. The airship Hindenburg its creation and demise is the backdrop. Two thrilling conclusions draw the two threads together. The book is currently available on Amazon Kindle and on Audio CD format. A new paper-back edition will be on sale in the near future. Lots of reviews on Amazon - more welcome.

Paws in Alaska

A short stand alone historical story (7,000 words). Set in Alaska during the Second World War. America was supplying aircraft to the Soviet Allies, flying the planes north through Canada, collected by Russian pilots in Alaska, then flown over the Bering Straits to USSR. Some planes didn't make it through the arctic conditions and Search and Rescue teams attempted to find them. Rescue personnel would be dropped by parachute into a search zone - so would the rescue team's dogs. This is a story of heroism by men and dogs.

I have other titles on Amazon including:

Bedtime Stories for Grown-Ups

Murder at Chatham Grande by R.H. Taylor, edited by Susan Pope

When you make your reading choices please consider Indie authors whose work rivals many of our best-loved authors. If you buy any of my titles and enjoy them, please leave your review on Amazon or Goodreads sites.

Happy Reading!
