Kevin Graham Ford

Kevin G. Ford is Chief Catalyst at Leighton Ford Ministries (LFM). LFM's mission is: A catalyst for mentoring a new generation of healthy leaders who sustain thriving ministries for the sake of the Gospel. He was a Principal at TAG Consulting and was the company's founding President, which was sold in March 2019. Kevin's expertise includes strategic planning, organizational development, market research, and leadership development. Kevin received the 2002 National Leadership Award (awarded by a U.S. congressional committee) and he served as the Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council for Virginia that same year.

Kevin has published six books. Attentive Church Leadership (InterVarsity Press, 2024), co-authored with Dr. Jim Singleton is the #2 bestseller on Christian Leadership and was the #1 new release in that category. The Secret Sauce: Creating a Winning Culture, was Amazon's #2 new business release in Human Resources. It received rave reviews from the likes of Steve Reinemund, Ken Blanchard, Webb Simpson, and Rich Stearns. The Leadership Triangle was #2 on Amazon's bestseller list: Business/Teams. Kevin lives with his wife and two daughters in Charlotte NC and Linville NC where they are active members in their church.
