Graham Ham

Graham Ham has been around a bit. A colourful early career encompassed quality control of surgical instruments, damage checking of trucks prior to shipping, computer specialist (when nobody had ever heard the word), systems manager, (once the word had 'caught on'), port services manager and finally capital projects manager.

He eventually got wise, stopped working for other people and started a computer support and communications business, which consumed his every waking (and many sleeping) hour for the next ten years. This was moderately successful until He finally got even wiser and got the hell out of Dodge, before it was too late. He jumped ship, bought an old motorcycle (Daisy) and ran for the hills, taking on a life of minor adventure, journalism and general faffing, in between working as a consultant.

Having eventually sold the business, he did a lot less 'work', a lot more adventuring, and a lot more writing. When he wasn't riding, camping or getting lost in the hills, he wrote a regular monthly column for a national motorcycle magazine which ran for a decade and has published three books in the 'Daisy's Diaries' series.

He now works as a special needs teaching assistant, supporting children with autism, adhd and complex learning difficulties.

There may be more books to come. If only he can find the time!
