Mark Eaton

Originally Mark qualified as an engineer but has worked for many years in business and performance improvement covering manufacturing, healthcare, military/armed forces, logistics and retail. Specifically, Mark's work in the manufacturing sector led to him being awarded the Viscount Nuffield Medal by the Institute of Engineering & Technology.

Now embedded in the NHS as a director and specialist in QIPP (Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention) Mark continues to apply Lead Concepts on a near daily basis.

Mark is a hands-on practitioner with real world experience of implementing Lean to help organisations improve performance, realise savings and other benefits and sustain change and has been invited to present at conferences and workshops around the world.
