Helen Foster is a health journalist and author. With over 20 years of writing experience in the health and well-being field she has contributed to newspapers and magazines worldwide including Cosmopolitan, Red, Stylist, Glamour, Grazia, Stella, The Australian Woman's Weekly, the Daily Mail, the Daily Express, the Daily Mirror, The Observer, Body & Soul at the Sunday Telegraph, The Australian, Women's Health, Good Health, Top Sante and Who.

Author of 17 published hard copy books including the bestselling Easy Gi Diet and her newest title The Macro Method, she has also branched out into e-publishing with her Spiration series of titles - the first of which is Gym-spiration: 52 Ways To Wake Up Your Workout.

She also runs the health blog TheWellnessNerd.com and two travel blogs - Differentville.com, which finds the more unusual sights in a country and Japlanease.com which aims to help first-time travellers to Japan book, plan and enjoy their trips around the country.

With a writing rule that if it doesn't inform, advise, aid or entertain the reader it's not going in anything she writes, her books, articles and blog posts offer practical, helpful advice that's accessible to all.

UK-born, but currently based in Sydney, she has also lived in New Zealand and left a little bit of her heart (and a fair amount of possessions) there.
