The morning after a party, a young man is awoken by two policemen who have found him sleeping in the flower bed of an inner city, Melbourne park.

Aware that he is the same wastrel chairman of a corporation who, for almost a decade, had provided them with so much light entertainment, they take pity and once again spirit him away before the paparazzi arrives.

Soon after, he enters a travel agent to book travel to Far North Queensland. His intention is to escape those and other pressures, and find peace and rest.

He doesn’t expect to discover the horrible and dark effects that the build-up to the Wet Season has on the social set that follows him. But then he never questions his own sanity either. Even as he recognises his destiny as the smartest kind of vigilante and gets other people to do all his extremely murderous work.
