I was born in Mahil Gaila, Panjab and emigrated to Stafford, England in the late 60s with my parents and siblings. After completing a degree in psychology I taught English in Spain, Italy and London for almost 30 years. I currently live and work in Birmingham, England, teaching, coaching and writing. I am the Director of University for Life and have published 3 books based on themes that my coaching clients have been interested in. My first book, "Finding the One in a Million" is about relationships; the second book,"How to Rock the Boat ... Safely!" is about organisational issues such as racism, power struggles and burnout. My latest book, "You're So Lucky!" is about the psychology of success; what do lucky people think, do and believe, in order to generate lucky lifestyles? Is luck a creative force that we can learn to harness? I believe that it is and over the coming years my intention is to collect lots of evidence to prove this case. The future is bright! I am so lucky and hope you are too!
