Elizabeth Roddick, a distinguished pharmacist and author, has a lifelong

father's traditional chemist shop. A Strathclyde University alumna with a
BSc (Hons) in Pharmacy, Elizabeth has made significant contributions to
the field over the years. Renowned for her innovative approach, she has
owned and managed her own community pharmacy, earning accolades
such as the Schering Award and a Fellowship from the Royal
Pharmaceutical Society for her pioneering work.
Elizabeth's dedication to healthcare extends
beyond pharmacy management. She's a
powerful advocate for a holistic approach to
health, combining her expertise in pharmacy
with skills as a qualified life coach and NLP
master practitioner. Her commitment to public
health and patient-centered care has been
recognised with the prestigious NHS Award for
outstanding service in Glasgow.
An engaging speaker and media contributor,
Elizabeth shares her insights on BBC Radio
Scotland and RNIB’s Connect Radio. Her written
works include 'Call the Pharmacist', 'Look Better,
Feel Better, Live Better', and 'The Other Frontline',
reflecting her deep understanding of
community health challenges, especially
during the Covid pandemic.
In recent years, Elizabeth has focused on
women's health, particularly for those over 50,
launching the ER Quality Life System. This
initiative underscores her belief in the power of
mindset and lifestyle balance for a fulfilling life.
