Rob A. Mackenzie

Rob A. Mackenzie was born in Glasgow but now lives and works in Leith. He has published two full collections and two pamphlets of poems. 'The Clown of Natural Sorrow' (HappenStance, 2005) has sold out. 'The Opposite of Cabbage'(Salt, 2009) was warmly reviewed in the TLS, The Times, Magma etc. 'Fleck and the Bank' (Salt, 2012) chronicles the life and disappearance of a bank employee during the financial crisis. 'The Good News' (Salt, 2013) centres on the struggle for happiness. Poems from it have appeared in The Guardian, Financial Times, and The Scotsman.
