Chris Walton

Hi there, I am Chris Walton. I am the author of the bestselling book "Accounting for Small Business Owners: Learn the Basics and Principles of Accounting (Even for Complete Beginners)" I am a frequent speaker on the topic of accounting. It's an honor for me to be of service and assist regular people in making sense of the numbers.

I began my career as a management consultant, working with top retailers to optimize their operations and improve their bottom line. and then transitioned to working with individuals every day.

In my current role as an author, speaker, and advisor, I draw on my extensive experience to help you navigate the rapidly-evolving accounting landscape. 

I hold an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in economics from Yale University. I am also a mentor to several young entrepreneurs and active in the start-up community.
