Ged Backland loves people he especially loves making people smile and has been doing so through his work as a writer for the past 20 years. Ged believes that the world is a much nicer place when people share their thoughts and feeling with each other, especially thoughts of love and friendship. having spent 14 years as a creative director for Hallmark and American Greetings creating characters that shared wit and warm fuzzies with the world. He set up his own studio in 2006 where he has produced many successful characters. His latest creation Aunty acid has just on 5 million Facebook fans and brings a smile to nearly 56 million people each week.
