Barrie Anderson

A former schoolmaster, and later Controller of Programmes at Greenwich Cablevision for the government-controlled community television experiment in the 1970s, Barrie Anderson entered local politics in 1998 and served as a London Borough councillor for twelve years. He was 4 times elected Chairman (Civic Head) of Lewisham Council. Today he is an Executive Member of the London Mayors' Association.
