Charlotte Watts is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, yoga teacher trainer and author of multiple books, including Yoga and Somatics for Immune and Respiratory Health as well as Yoga Therapy for Digestive Health. As a yoga teacher trainer, she offers an extensive 200-hour Somatic Therapeutic Yoga Training for yoga teachers and movement professionals as well as workshops and retreats.

She is also a nutritional therapist based in Brighton and London, UK. She is highly experienced and won the 2012 CAM Award for Outstanding Practice. She writes regularly for the national press, is a feature blogger for Healthista, nutritional advisor for Ocado and writes regularly for the Mail online, Om Magazine and What Doctor's Don't Tell You magazine. She has lectured in top UK nutrition colleges and for The Minded Institute.

Charlotte is passionate about helping people find good health and happiness by acknowledging the particular demands of the 21st century and navigating a rewarding path through them. We can't escape much of our stress, but we can learn to change a challenge from a 'bad' to a 'good' stress, find resilience and grace under pressure.
