Ashok V. Naimpally

Dr. Ashok ("Ash") V Naimpally Ph.D; PE is a retired Professor and Chair of Chemical Engineering(CSU-Long Beach, UCLA) (1977-2007), and retired Dean, Engineering , Math, and Science in California (Fresno, El Centro) (2007-20017). He is a long time Professor, Chair, Dean and administrator, with teaching and research experience , including teaching Engineering License Review courses for the FE and PE exams at UCLA Extension and other Institutions. . He has written 4 Books in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental) including the latest on Amazon- a FE Exam (Chemical Engineering) Review Book plus 3 Environmental Engineering Review Books; one Lifelong-Learning Book (Elsevier, ASEE Best Publication Award, 2012), and over 60 papers in Journals, and in National, International and Major Conferences. He has also been an Accreditation Evaluator for over 12 years with the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) from 1994 to 2007. Dr. Naimpally holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University, and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
