AMY WILSON is author of HAPPY TO HELP (Zibby Publishing), winner of a 2025 IPPY Award for Essays; WHEN DID I GET LIKE THIS? (William Morrow), chosen as an "Emerging Author" title by Target; and MOTHER LOAD, a one-woman show which toured to 16 cities after its hit off-Broadway run.

Amy is also the co-host of the Webby-honored podcast WHAT FRESH HELL: LAUGHING IN THE FACE OF MOTHERHOOD, which has over 12 million lifetime downloads.

As an actor, Amy has performed on and off Broadway, as a series regular on network sitcoms, and as a guest on many other TV shows and films.
