Stephen Roger Powers

Stephen Roger Powers is the author of three poetry collections (The Follower's Tale; Hello, Stephen; and All Seats Fifty Cents) published by Salmon Poetry in Ireland. He has worked as a stand-up comic and a delivery driver. If you look closely in the right place, you can see him as an extra in Joyful Noise with Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton. He is now an English professor, and Highway Speed is his first collection of short stories.
