Matthew Ma

Dr. Ma holds a doctoral degree in electrical and computer engineering and has extensive industrial research and development experience. He has published two books on pattern recognition and mobile multimedia processing, as well as over 30 academic papers, and is the inventor of 14 U.S. granted patents. Since 2012, he has delivered lectures at UC Berkeley and Tsinghua University on patent strategy, innovation, and intellectual property risk management. Dr. Ma is a Senior Member of IEEE and a registered U.S. patent attorney. He is the founder of Princeton IP Law LLC, where he currently practices intellectual property law.
