Ray East

Ray East is an author, executive coach and speaker on the core of leadership. As the president of Horizon East, Inc., he coaches talented leaders and teams in the private, nonprofit and public sectors. He also serves as the Director of Student Services at The King's College in New York City.

Ray is a former Fortune-500 executive (at MetLife) and international attorney (at White & Case LLP) with experience in leadership development, strategic marketing, strategic planning and business systems. Ray has also led investigative teams in the Philippines and Haiti as a pro-bono attorney for the International Justice Mission. He serves on the Board of Directors of The CEO Network in Nassau, Bahamas.

Ray holds a J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law, an M.A. in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. from Vassar College. He received his training in co-active coaching from The Coaches Training Institute.
