A member of The Green Press Initiative, Ghigo Press is an independent author/publisher and purveyor of wine, spice, gourmet and coffee education and Jazz books, decks, posters and wall calendars. All of our research is authored in house, and all of our photographs are shot by us. All graphic design is done in house. We print on recycled papers and support the green press initiative. I am a member of the Society of Wine Educators.

With a love of wine, cooking music, history and botany we began our small company and hoped to share our historical and botanical research with wine, spice and coffee lovers. Our reference decks are like little wine books, spice books and coffee books and are excellent gifts, but are meant to be a handy reference to be referred too often at the table, in the kitchen, or in the armchair.
