Dr. Steven J. Stowell is the Co-Founder of the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness, Inc. The Center was created in 1978 for the purpose of helping individuals and teams maximize their effectiveness and competitiveness. Steve's special interests lie in helping develop leaders, building teamwork, resolving conflicts, creating effective relationships, and transforming traditional organizations into high performance systems.
