Erika's latest book, "Happy Crap: The Power of Positive Assumptions" offers an easy 3-step approach to creating a positive story when we don't have all the facts. The book includes 8 tools that Erika has used for herself, with people and work teams to create a "Happy Crap" habit. "When we don't have all the information, our brains make up crap to fill in the blanks. If we are going to make up crap, why not make it "Happy Crap"?" asks Erika.
With her two teenage boys and husband Mark, Erika enjoys adventures and sharing her on-going journey to optimism by writing, speaking and coaching to help people choose all good days.
