Dean Hardy

Dean Hardy is the Christian Philosophy and Apologetics teacher at Charlotte Christian School in North Carolina. His resume includes a Masters degree under the tutelage of Norman Geisler at Southern Evangelical Seminary and a Th.d. from UNISA with a dissertation on the philosophy, mysticism, and apologetic of George MacDonald. He is also the director of the Youth Apologetics Conference, a conference dedicated to helping students understand their faith. In his spare time he enjoys vinyl record collecting as well as studying the works of C.S. Lewis, G.K. Chesterton, and George Macdonald. Dean's pinnacle passion are his wife and two sons with whom he lives in Matthews, NC.

In 2007, Dean published Stand Your Ground: An Introductory Text for Apologetics Students which gained support from such apologists as Norman Geisler, Frank Turek, and Paul Copan. Since then, Dean has written a middle-grade fantasy book entitled Magnus Kir that has been published by Ambassador-International, and has published his research on George MacDonald in Waking the Dead: George MacDonald as Philosopher, Mystic, and Apologist published by Winged Lion Press (2020).
