Geoff Parcell is a business coach and a master practitioner of knowledge management. He helps organisations in the private and public sectors identify and build on their capabilities. His brand of knowledge management focuses on connecting people for collaboration and creating the environment for the effective flow of knowledge. As a founder member of BP's knowledge management team, Geoff helped deliver significant business value to their businesses around the world. During an 18 month secondment to the UN he used proven KM techniques to share good practices on responding to HIV/AIDS globally, developing a Self Assessment approach for AIDS Competence. He has coached a number of businesses and Development agencies to make better use of the knowledge that already exists within their organisation. He continues to empower communities to deliver their own response.
