“Never let anyone define you or you will become their definition”

Erica TG Warren is a “Creation Cultivator” blending purpose and inspiration with practical application. Her aim: to jump start the dormant creation power within. Erica’s authentic voice emanates from her own amazing creation journey and enables her to speak with transparency, humor and spiritually grounded truths.

Erica worked 8 years professionally in marketing and communications. She spent half of her career with prestigious Fortune 500 companies and the other half as a freelance marketing consultant. Her marketing program management shot a Fortune 500 company to a #1 industry ranking in Fortune magazine two years in a row, and top industry honors Forbes magazines.

Despite an impressive professional portfolio Erica has: experienced 3 layoffs in 8 years and held 7 different jobs in 4 industries.

These experiences propelled Erica to uncover her own creation power and now serves as the foundation for her writing, coaching and motivational speaking. They allow her to connect with audiences as she challenges them to step beyond feelings of hopelessness and helplessness to step into their own “power to create answers the world is waiting for”.
