Alix Litwack spent her formative years in Indiana where she learned to appreciate a good ear of corn. She moved back to Indianapolis in 1995 after 13 years of living and working as a producer of educational and documentary films in the Washington, D.C. area. Prior to that she attended Washington University in St. Louis and graduated with a B.A. in political science.
Alix decided to change her life a decade ago and get her Masters in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College. This led her to an internship at the Good Earth Natural Food Store and an immediate friendship with Deb. Together they realized that the healthy advice they were dispensing was worth sharing with the world. She also is a Certified Biofeedback Specialist working to help her clients relieve stress and feel their best. Alix offers educational nutritional counseling to private clients as well. She lives with her husband, Andy, their two children and three lively dogs.
