Renie McClay

Renie has a passion for developing people. Renie's success and key insight comes from her extensive experience and passion for learning and building skills in people all over the globe. Her background includes 20 years at Kraft in sales, account management and sales training positions. She has had learning leader roles for several Fortune 500 companies, including Kraft, Novartis, and Pactiv (makers of Hefty).

Travel is another of Renie's passions. Her passport currently shows stamps for over 50 countries with new destinations in the works. She has facilitated training for corporate, academic and non-profit audiences in Europe, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, and Latin America - both classroom and virtual.

To help further engage her audiences, Renie has trained with Second City and uses improvisation as a tool to help organizations develop more productive and innovative teams. Learning from teachers Steve Carell and Stephen Colbert, she helps others to effectively think on their feet - and have fun while doing it. She's also certified in Accelerated Innovation, helping leverage creativity into innovative business results!
