Renée Peterson Trudeau is an internationally-recognized transformational coach, speaker and author. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, national conferences and leadership teams. Trudeau has been facilitating transformational events for more than 25 years. She’s on faculty at the prestigious Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, the Art of Living Retreat Center, 1440 Multiversity, Esalen Institute and Omega Institute. A sought-after life balance expert, Trudeau's work has been featured in The New York Times, US News and World Report, Good Housekeeping, Parenting, Spirituality & Health and more. She is the author of two best-selling books on life-balance including The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life and Nurturing the Soul of Your Family. She and her team have certified 400+ women leaders in more than 10 countries to lead self-renewal groups based on her award-winning, now retired, curriculum.

Originally from Austin, TX, and a freshly hatched empty nester, she lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western NC full-time. Her newest project is Wild Souls Nature Adventures.
