She attended Jefferson Davis Community College during the summer of 1996 where she was accepted under an advanced placement program. December 1996, she entered the Delayed Entry Program (DEP) of the United States Army as a PV2. Upon her graduation in 1997 from Harrison Central High School, she entered Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training in Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

KM Johnson Davis completed various assignments to include a deployment to Bosnia in 1999, and an assignment to NATO in the Netherlands in 2000. While in the Netherlands she received an Army Green-to-Gold scholarship, which allowed her to attend college full-time.

KM Johnson Davis received her Commissioning as a Second Lieutenant and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University in April 2005.

She is currently enrolled at Liberty University pursuing her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, as well as finishing her coursework with the Professional Christian Coaching & Counseling Academy for her Christian Life Coach Certification.

Over the past 4 years KM Johnson Davis has experienced many trials and tribulations, of which she writes about on her blog, "A Blog About God" http://michelejenterprises.blogspot.com, and continues to touch on in her recently published book, "Knowing The Struggle Is Over!".

She began her work in ministry after finding an understanding of what it meant to be saved! Her positive outlook in life throughout her struggles helped her to realize that her faith in God is what has continued to keep her and bring her through each and every situation she has faced. From once believing if she claimed to be "saved" she would have to be "like her mother", to now knowing that everyone has their own spiritual journey in which they will travel, she has truly grown in her faith and transformed her faith walk into a faith strut!

Mrs. Johnson Davis' volunteer work includes yearly participation in Toys for Tots, Meals on Wheels, and active participation in various community events sponsored by her home churches as well as her local church.

She is continuing her work as a freelance writer, speaker, event planner, and Officer in the Army Reserves.

As for other interests, Mrs. Johnson Davis enjoys singing, traveling, shopping, cooking/baking and interior decorating!
