Robert F. Brands is President and Founder of Brands & Company, LLC. and www.innovationcoach.com. Currently President and CEO of VariBlend Dual Dispensing.

Brands' hands-on experience in bringing innovation to market spans decades, and includes the creation and improvement of product development processes and company culture. He has delivered on his pledge to bring "at least one new product per year to market" -- resulting in double digit profitable growth and shareholder value.

He has led worldwide teams responsible for marketing and sales, operations and R&D and is a regular contributor to real- and virtual-world media and social networking platforms.

A native of The Netherlands, Brands earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from HTS Eindhoven. A Vistage Member, Past Member of Tulane University's and current member of UM's President's Parent Council, Board member of Netherlands American Community Trust, Brands is an avid open water diver and a licensed pilot of single-engine aircraft. He resides in Stuart, Florida with his wife.
