Philip A. Steinbacher

Professionally, Philip A. Steinbacher has performed as an entertainer at Walt Disney World and been an educator in public and private schools in Florida, North Carolina, Illinois, and Hawai‘i. He holds a BA in Music from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MA in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida. Philip is the author of Quotation Quizzlers, Vocabulary Ladders, and the newly-released The Peace Alphabet. Philip serves as the Kaua'i representative to the Hawai'i State LGBTQ+ Advisory Commission and publishes a digital LGBTQ+ newsletter for the island of Kaua'i called Garden Island Tea.

Currently, Philip prefers to say he is a music lover, bibliophile, impresario, cyclist, pianist, hubby, guncle, friend, author, flagger, and dog daddy. He lives on the island of Kaua’i with his husband Jason and their dog Lucky.
